NeuroLink offers a comprehensive array of tests and treatments to combat any sleep disorder. Diagnostic tests include:

  • Polysomnogram - A comprehensive recording of the biophysiological changes that occur during sleep. The test measures brain waves, eye movements, muscle activity, heart rate and breathing during sleep. A polysomnogram is used to diagnose, or rule out, many types of sleep disorders.
  • Titration Study - If the polysomnogram confirms a sleep disorder, a titration study may be performed on a second night to determine treatment recommendations.
  • Split-Night Study - For the convenience of the patient, we can combine the polysomnogram and the titration study into one night. If the polysomnogram does not confirm a sleep disorder, the titration study would not be performed.
  • Multiple Sleep Latency Test - Measures an individual's natural tendency to fall asleep. This test is used to help diagnose narcolepsy.

A physician referral is required with a complete prescription, inclusive of diagnosis, signs and symptoms. The Medical Center of Plano will coordinate verification of benefits and appointment scheduling. For more information, call (972) 519-1477.
