    Why I became a physician:
    The stimulus to be a doctor was my desire to help and improve the quality of someone's life. Seeing a patient survive and improve with spinal cord injury, through the Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation in New Jersey, is what caused me to focus on the spine.

    Caring and dedicated staff - from the floors to the operating rooms - and the administration make The Medical Center of Plano a special place to recover and heal. I use state-of-the-art technology with image guidance in the operating rooms and high magnification through powerful microscopes to give my patients the highest level of care and outcomes.

    What I enjoy most about my work here:
    I would feel very comfortable sending a family member here. The collective teams in surgery, the post-operative nursing care in the recovery rooms, and the inpatient floors are all excellent. We are continually looking at ways to improve the quality of our collective care.
